Campaign duration

The campaign begins immediately and will run until December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM (Pacific Time).

Eligibility & order requirements

• Orders must be placed through the Springroll.com marketplace (web or mobile).
• Only orders from participating restaurants are eligible for contribution.
• Orders must be completed, not canceled, and exceed $5 to qualify.
• Orders paid with promotional vouchers, discounts, or gift cards qualify if the amount paid exceeds $5.

• This campaign is not available for orders placed in the following states due to local regulations: Alabama, California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, South Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Hawaii.
• Additionally, some restaurants have chosen to opt out of the campaign. Orders from these restaurants will not be eligible for contributions.
• Customers can check if a restaurant is participating by contacting Springroll support team.

Contribution mechanism

• For every five (5) qualified orders placed by a customer, Springroll will donate one (1) meal* to Rise Against Hunger.
• Each order must be over $5 to be counted as a completed contribution.
• Springroll guarantees a minimum donation of $10,000 to Rise Against Hunger by the end of 2025, ensuring this amount is met even if the total contributions from the campaign fall short.

Tracking progress

• Customers can track their individual contribution progress via their user profile on the Springroll marketplace.
• Progress tracking will display the number of eligible orders counted and the total meals donated on behalf of the customer.

Rise Against Hunger partnership

• All meals donated through this campaign will be provided to Rise Against Hunger.
• Details about Rise Against Hunger, their mission, and how donated meals are distributed will be shared periodically via the Springroll website, newsletters, and social media platforms, but are also available here: https://www.riseagainsthunger.org/.

Transparency and updates

• Springroll is committed to maintaining transparency about the campaign's progress.
• Regular updates about the total meals donated (aggregated across all users) will be displayed on the Springroll website and shared via social media channels.
• At the end of the campaign, a final report summarizing the total contribution and its impact will be made available to all participants.

Fair usage

• Springroll reserves the right to monitor and verify orders to prevent fraud, abuse, or any activities that may compromise the integrity of the campaign.
• Any users found engaging in fraudulent behavior (e.g., multiple accounts or falsifying orders) will be disqualified from the campaign, and their progress may be voided.

Termination or modifications

• Springroll reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign prior to its scheduled end date in case of unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or at its discretion.
• Any significant changes to the campaign will be communicated to participants via email, platform notifications, and announcements on the Springroll website.
