Fall into Asian Flavors Sweepstakes — Official Rules

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility

The Fall into Asian Flavors Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, with the exception of residents of Rhode Island. Employees of Chinese Menu Online (“CMO”) or Springroll, and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

Additionally, orders from restaurants required or requested to opt out of the Sweepstakes campaign will not be eligible. A list of non-participating restaurants can be found here. By the time of the prize drawing, participating restaurants must remain active in our system. If a restaurant is canceled or suspended from the system, all associated orders will become ineligible.

The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Chinese Menu Online and Springroll, located at 8480 Honeycutt Rd., Suite 200, Raleigh, North Carolina 27615 (“Sponsor”).

Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM EST and ends on November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

How to Enter

Online: Place an order through Springroll.com or any participating partner restaurant website during the Sweepstakes Period. Each eligible order equals one (1) entry.

Mail-in (no purchase necessary): On a 3x5 card, handprint your full name, complete address, phone number (including area code), date of birth, and email address, and mail in an envelope with proper postage affixed to:

Mail-in entries must be hand-printed and mailed separately. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2025 and received by December 5, 2025.

Entry Limits: Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address or physical address, per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method.

Prize Drawing

On or about December 12, 2025, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive their choice of one (1) of the following prizes:

• One (1) iPhone 17 Pro (Approximate Retail Value [ARV]: $1,099), or
  
• One (1) Nintendo Switch 2 bundle with accessories and games (ARV: $1,000).
  
  

In lieu of either prize above, the winner may elect to receive a $1,000 electronic restaurant gift card, valid for online ordering at any participating restaurant within the Chinese Menu Online or Springroll.com network. Gift cards will be provided as a coupon code for online use only.

The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use. The winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) before receiving the prize. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC in the winner’s name for the total fair market value of the prize, which the winner must report as miscellaneous income.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a Visa® Gift Card of equal value in lieu of the above prizes.

Sponsor is not affiliated with Apple, Nintendo, or any other third-party providers of Sweepstakes prizes. All trademarks are property of their respective owners. By participating, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the redemption, use, or misuse of the prize.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email or SMS within fifteen (15) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The winner must complete, sign, and return a Declaration of Compliance within five (5) days of notification. Failure to respond or return required documentation within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

The prize will be fulfilled approximately 8–10 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

Publicity

By participating, the winner grants the Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, statements, hometown, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

All disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration in Wake County, NC under the laws of the State of Delaware.
